Nantucket Island Open Water Swim

Swim Across America is excited to announce that they are going back to their roots and venturing to Nantucket in their 25th Anniversary year. Swim Across America began as a relay swim from Nantucket to Hyannis and has evolved to 15 open water swims and dozens of pool swims around the country. To celebrate their 25th Anniversary year they are joining with the Nantucket Triathlon and hosting a landmark event on July 22nd. A portion of the proceeds from the swim will go to Palliative and Supportive Care of Nantucket (PASCON) and Nantucket Cottage Hospital.
