This program focuses on how to support families as a family member is dying and while grieving after a death. A panel of experts will discuss how to manage sources of conflict that may emerge during advanced illness as well as ways to help families find meaning at life’s end.
Though the program is geared towards professionals, all are welcome. CEU’s will be available.
