PASCON care is provided free of charge to Islanders. Unlike many healthcare services, it is not funded through insurance reimbursement. Every visit, conversation, counseling session and hour of support depends on the generosity of our community.

  • CLINICAL CARE

    A licensed clinical team helps patients manage pain and other challenging symptoms, providing expert palliative care that improves comfort and quality of life.

  • COUNSELING

    Counseling for patients, families and help for those providing care.

  • CAREGIVER SUPPORT

    Expert-led support groups offer connection, encouragement and a sense of community for both patients and those who care for them.

  • ADVANCED PLANNING

    Facilitation of important conversations about care, ensuring that a person’s wishes are understood.

  • CARE WHERE YOU ARE

    Care can be offered at home, hospital, Our Island Home and community settings.

  • VOLUNTEER COMPANIONSHIP

    Trained volunteers offer companionship and meaningful connection, helping ease isolation and reminding patients and families that they are not alone.

  • SPIRITUAL CARE

    A chaplain helping a family navigate uncertainty.
