The 5th Annual Kelly Culkins West Walk for Travel benefitting The Marla Ceely Lamb Cancer Travel Fund is scheduled for Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Faregrounds Restaurant. Registration is from 10:00-11:00 am. The walk begins at 11:00 am and goes out to Surfside Beach and back. A cook-out will follow at Faregrounds.
The Marla Ceely Lamb Cancer Travel Fund helps defray the costs of transportation and lodging for patients who must travel off-island for cancer treatment.
100% of the proceeds from this walk will go to the Fund which has been available to 110 people with cancer so far this year.
